Justin Bieber is set to perform at Madison Square Garden on August 31st – a performance that is highly anticipated and will be filmed for his upcoming 3D movie set to release in February 2011. A number of celebrities will be at the show, including Jaden Smith, Sean Kingston and Usher!

But there’s just one problem…Justin is sick!

Justin has had to cancel his show at Syracuse’s New York State Fair today – on doctors orders. Here’s what was written on the Fair’s website:
